For continuing volunteers, the training so far should be a refresher; for new volunteers, there will be a lot of new information. To provide additional training support, we offer a Q&A session to review the training, allow new volunteers to meet current volunteers, provide time to ask questions, and make it easy for teams to pickup their cooler. Current volunteers can share their expertise by addressing questions new volunteers might have. MCA staff and interns will be available to answer questions as well.
