The Commodore believes that the Mill Creek is changing from a civic embarrassment into a pleasant place to go. Through Mill Creek Alliance, youth and adults of all ages, get the opportunity to discover new places, enjoy nature, and explore their connection to the community. They work every day to plant the seeds for the growth needed to make our watershed a healthy place to live work and play.
