A-Team Workparty

Join the Mill Creek Alliance (MCA) A-Team from 9 am-12 pm for a work party with activities such as cleaning up trash and removing invasive plants.

We'll also kick off a Summer Teasel Takedown by doing a 1st round of monitoring for Teasel (Dipsacus), an invasive plant that will be the focus of a summerlong effort to control it.

Many tools and supplies will be provided but you should also bring:

• PPE: Close-toed shoes, long sleeves, long pants, hat, protective eyewear, sunscreen, work gloves, etc

• Loppers, handsaws, and other labeled personal tools

• Water and snacks

MCA will have protective gloves and eyewear, water to refill bottles, and individually wrapped snacks, but you may wish to bring your own personal items as well.
