Thanks to a generous, surprise donation from the Common Orchard and Tristate Trails we have acquired some fruit trees for Freedom Tree Grove! Though the weather is a little unpredictable these days, historically this weekend in December has been in the upper 40s and we hope for the same weather as the roots of the trees must have air temps above freezing. We also want to stay warm as volunteers! Join us for a couple of hours in Northside along the Mill Creek Greenway trail for some fruit tree planting to enhance Mill Creek’s urban food forest.
