Seeking interested citizen scientists. Join us in celebration of the Cornell Lab’s Global Big Day by birding on the Mill Creek. No previous experience required. Follow safety guidelines, visit an area of the Mill Creek, use your phone or camera to capture images/calls of the birds you see, use iNaturalist to record your findings.

While we shelter in place and are restricted by rules of social distancing, we can still enjoy the great outdoors (while practicing safety guidelines). This Mill Creek Birding event will be the first of many activities we offer this year on the Mill Creek.

There are plant and animal experts available remotely to help identify the plants and animals found. So come out, enjoy, engage, and learn about the plants and animals that call Mill Creek home !
