Mill Creek water sampling and lab analysis of chemical water parameters takes place the second Saturday of each month from March through November. This program is VITAL for monitoring the health of the creek and relies completely on volunteers. We are sampling almost 50 sites now, including those upstream and downstream of 2018's mussel re-introduction.

We will be holding an orientation on Saturday, February 9 from 12pm-2pm with optional lab analysis orientation to follow from 2pm-4pm for those interested. We are introducing a couple new things to the program that aim to enhance our data so please please plan to attend if you are available, even if you have been a long-time volunteer.
