Live stake planting - March 3, 2024, 10am-1 pm

This event will be a hands dirty feet wet experience!  Participants will be installing dormant live willow stakes *in the streambank at the water's edge.* Will you help us restore the Mill Creek Watershed? Learn more at: https://www.hcswcd.org/live-staking.html

Please be prepared for winter weather outdoors and bring:

• PPE: long sleeves, long pants, hat, protective eyewear, sunscreen, work gloves, etc

• Refillable water bottle and snacks

• Rubber boots or waders are preferred; Closed-toed shoes that may get muddy are good 2nd choice.

• A warm change of clothes left in the car for afterwards is recommended.
